Data Center Security Operations Manager

About the role

The Data Center Security Operations Manager will lead on‑site security for TikTok’s data centers and network Points of Presence in Finland. You will be the primary point of contact for all security incidents, ensuring the physical infrastructure remains resilient, scalable, and protected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site security operations across data centers and PoPs, handling incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Act as Incident Commander during security events and serve as the main on‑site security liaison.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on security controls, policies, and operational processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve electronic surveillance and access‑control systems.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing for security operations.
• Collaborate with program managers to deliver security initiatives, optimise performance, and meet financial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in security strategy, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data‑center security operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management and vulnerability assessment within data‑center environments.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with security systems such as Genetec, Lenel or Avigilon.
• Familiarity with access‑control and surveillance platforms (e.g., AMAG, Software House, Hirsch, S2, ACS, VMS, IDS, CCTV).
• Knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) development and management.
