Data Center Project Manager - HVAC

About the role

Carrier is looking for a Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of data center projects across Finland. You will take ownership of projects from planning through execution, working with key customers, cross-functional teams and industry-leading vendors. The role suits an experienced HVAC professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and builds strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Help define project scope and objectives with internal stakeholders and check technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for multiple projects
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using project management tools and techniques

Required profile

• Extensive experience and background in the HVAC industry
• Ample experience managing complex HVAC projects
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

What we offer

• Annual salary of EUR 53,500 to 106,500, depending on skills, education, experience and other qualifications
