Customer Success Executive (Finnish-speaking)

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive who speaks Finnish to lead post‑sales initiatives for our most strategic accounts. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, guiding them through business transformation journeys and ensuring the long‑term value of ServiceNow’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the customer’s post‑sales transformation, aligning ServiceNow solutions with business goals.
• Partner with Account Executives to design and execute integrated pre‑ and post‑sales strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, working with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as adoption, technical health, renewals, satisfaction and expansion.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with ServiceNow leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote innovative solutions and a culture of agility within the customer success team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing post‑sales relationships in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to engage with C‑level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
