Customer Success Associate & Content Creator

About the role

Kreia, a Finnish AI-native marketing service, is looking for a proactive team member to manage customer operations and produce social media content. You will oversee the content pipeline from brief to delivery, maintain client communications, and ensure timely, high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for customers using existing materials, without filming new footage.
• Own the weekly delivery of polished content to client channels.
• Communicate with clients, assist with Meta Business Suite, answer content‑related questions, and keep schedules on track.
• Prioritize tasks, identify improvements, and make judgment calls independently.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense and understanding of effective social‑media content.
• High sense of ownership and initiative.
• Clear, confident communication in both Finnish and English, written and verbal.
• Comfortable joining client calls when needed.
• Tech‑savvy, eager to learn new editing tools and AI platforms.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with video editing software and AI‑driven content tools.
