CSA Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead civil, structural and architectural works for data‑centre projects in Helsinki. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil, structural and architectural work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate with planners, subcontractors, consultants and design teams.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC processes in line with project specifications.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and monitor progress.
• Control subcontractor performance, documentation and safety compliance.
• Chair site, engineering, planning and hand‑over meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions for constructability.
• Drive commercial performance, manage variations and budgets.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead snagging activities and ensure timely project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in CSA construction with proven project‑management expertise.
• Strong background in large‑scale civil, structural and architectural projects.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and variations.
