CSA Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages on fast‑track data‑centre projects. You will coordinate design, procurement and installation activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the civil, structural and architectural work packages across the project lifecycle.
• Support and manage the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers and package managers, to deliver scope on schedule.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Team to ensure site safety compliance.
• Drive a culture of quality, health, safety and environmental excellence within the team.
• Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering and installation aspects for all CSA works.
• Develop and implement a project delivery strategy for CSA work.
• Assist the commercial team in preparing Scope of Work documents and subcontract packages.

Required profile

• Relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of CSA construction site experience.
• Proven ability to manage and complete CSA work packages on complex projects.
• Strong overview of project technical aspects while handling detailed execution.
• Experience with scheduling, programming and sequencing, including 4‑ and 12‑week look‑ahead forecasts.
