Construction Manager – Data Centre Fit Out (EU)

About the role

We are an award‑winning international construction specialist seeking Construction Managers for various projects across the EU, including fit‑out of data centres, pharmaceutical and other cleanroom environments. The role involves overseeing the planning, programming and execution of construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input into estimates and tenders, conduct site visits and review tenders with the operations team.
• Ensure each contract is properly planned and programmed, implementing production and commercial procedures.
• Develop contract programmes with the Site Manager, securing resources and sequencing operations for timely completion.
• Adhere to Safety First Guiding Principles and maintain statutory compliance across all projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience in planning, programming and executing construction projects.
• Background in fit‑out/interiors projects in industrial schemes such as pharma or data centres (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
