Commercial Quantity Surveyor – High Voltage Substation EPC (12 months)

About the role

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join its fast‑growing team in Vaasa, Finland. You will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of High Voltage Substation EPC projects across Europe, from award to final account settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects from pre‑contract to final account agreement.
• Develop, monitor and update project budgets, forecasts and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
• Administer contracts under NEC, FIDIC or similar frameworks, handling notices, communications and documentation.
• Support procurement, evaluate and appoint subcontractors, and manage their performance, payments and compliance.
• Monitor project costs, control changes, assess variations and commercial risks.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Produce commercial reports, cash‑flow forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in commercial quantity surveying within EPC, high‑voltage substation, power infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong background in commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
