C&I Account Manager – Helsinki

About the role

Emaldo® is looking for a Commercial & Industrial Account Manager to lead the growth of its battery storage solutions and Fast DC chargers in Finland. You will own the full sales cycle for C&I customers and installer/EPC partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience while promoting clean energy technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline across installers, EPCs, developers and end‑customers.
• Drive the complete sales process: prospecting, qualification, design collaboration, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Deliver product demos, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and partner trainings both onsite and virtually.
• Visit customer sites, capture requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution design and compliance.
• Prepare proposals, support RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and deal hygiene in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Represent Emaldo® at trade shows, roadshows and partner events in Finland.
• Collect market feedback and share insights to improve product, pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in solar PV, energy storage or EV charging.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling complex deals.
• Strong presentation and training abilities, comfortable with both small and large groups.
• Fluent in Finnish with strong English communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work collaboratively.
