Café Team Member (10 hrs/week)

About the role

Join our Nordic‑inspired café team and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This part‑time position involves delivering high‑quality food and beverages while embodying the ARKET brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items to the brand’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
• Support daily operations, including cash handling and stock replenishment.
• Promote the café’s culture, values, and concept to customers.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
• Proactive and action‑oriented, taking initiative to ensure quality service.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to listen actively.
• Passion for food, beverages and the ARKET brand.
• Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
