Business Partner & Supply Chain Controller

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious finance professional to join Framery’s Business Planning & Analytics team as a Business Partner & Supply Chain Controller. Based at our Tampere headquarters, you will act as a trusted partner for our global supply chain, turning financial data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and support international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic and operational decision‑making for the global supply chain, participating in steering groups and providing regular reports.
• Deliver financial control and analytics, preparing KPI dashboards on inventory, COGS, logistics profitability and analysing P&L and balance‑sheet items.
• Take part in forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring accurate monthly reporting.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc analytical tasks to improve data utilisation and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in management accounting, business controlling or financial analysis.
• Background in manufacturing, physical products or supply‑chain environments.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong business orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial data for non‑financial stakeholders.
