Business Development Manager

About the role

SAMY is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new‑business acquisition and expand market presence across Finland and the Nordics. You will lead consultative sales cycles, build long‑term client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver data‑driven communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
• Lead the full consultative sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Co‑create strategic proposals with internal teams for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the Kurio team and SAMY’s international sales network.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, especially new‑business acquisition and strategic account growth.
• Experience within marketing, communication or creative agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities with C‑level stakeholders.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and strong team collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and Finnish; Swedish or other languages are a plus.
