Business Development Manager – B2B (Finnish Speaker)

About the role

As a Business Development Manager for Bolt Business in Finland, you will lead the market entry of our B2B mobility platform. You will use your knowledge of SMB, SME and enterprise clients to build a localized sales strategy, engage decision‑makers and demonstrate how our corporate mobility solutions simplify business travel and expense management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales funnel: process leads, prospect, conduct cold outreach and close deals.
• Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns to build relationships with medium‑sized businesses.
• Identify high‑potential customer segments, analyse pipeline data and continuously optimise conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new corporate contracts and expanding the customer base.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor the product offering for the Finnish market.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑growth sales environments, preferably in B2B or mobility sectors.
• Strong understanding of SMB, SME and enterprise client needs.
• Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of building a net‑new pipeline from scratch.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, autonomous team.
