Banking Technology Consultant

About the role

Accenture’s Banking Technology Unit is looking for motivated consultants to join its Finnish team. You will work on client engagements that blend business and technology, helping banks modernise their platforms and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Align technical transformation initiatives with business goals and processes.
• Act as a banking functional and technical expert during client projects.
• Analyse problems, provide solutions, and support issue resolution.
• Evaluate business‑process readiness based on testing outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑5 years of experience on banking and software development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland.
