B2B Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

This role owns end‑to‑end paid marketing campaigns to drive B2B demand for Wolt’s products. You will work closely with sales, product marketing and commercial teams to launch, optimise and report on multi‑channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, direct media buys and content syndication.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to align campaigns with market goals and with B2B marketing to launch new products.
• Define and track KPIs such as CPL, closed‑won deals and revenue, providing regular analysis and dashboards.
• Identify top‑performing partners and channels, building strong relationships.
• Use data and AI tools to optimise performance, test new channels and create repeatable campaigns.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in B2B demand generation or media buying, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Multi‑channel paid media expertise across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic.
• International marketing experience across multiple markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and independent execution skills.
