About the role
Linesight is seeking an Architectural Manager to lead the delivery of architectural and modular scopes for a gigascale, multi‑phase datacenter program. You will be responsible for governance, safety leadership, and ensuring alignment with program objectives while working with diverse, high‑performing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day construction delivery governance for architectural and modular work, including safety leadership.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedule planning and look‑ahead coordination for factory build, logistics, and on‑site installation.
- Manage scope, change control, and commercial impacts across design, procurement, fabrication, and site delivery.
- Coordinate critical interfaces such as civil/structural, MEP, controls, security, fire/life safety, commissioning, and IT/OFCI integration.
- Lead vendor and general contractor performance management, including RFI/submittal tracking, progress measurement, quality surveillance, and punch‑list management.
- Establish and oversee modular logistics and installation plans, addressing transport, laydown, heavy lifts, weather windows, tolerances, and risk mitigation.
- Support permitting and authority‑having‑jurisdiction (AHJ) engagement, planning inspections and code‑compliance documentation.
- Drive commissioning readiness for architectural elements and provide executive‑ready reporting on safety, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional registration/licensure as an architect or equivalent, or demonstrable professional competency.
- Minimum ten years of experience in architectural design and delivery for large‑scale, mission‑critical or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Experience with greenfield, brownfield, retrofit, and expansion projects, including code analysis and constraints review.
