Application Consultant - Digital O.R. / Jyväskylä

About the role

Brainlab, a Munich-based health technology company, is looking for an Application Consultant for its Digital O.R. integration, covering the installed base in Jyväskylä. You will report to the Regional Manager Scandinavia, be based at the customer location and join the Brainlab Scandinavia team.

Key responsibilities

• Educate, train and give on-site guidance to physicians and hospital staff
• Perform new system installations and software updates
• Communicate with customers to troubleshoot issues
• Plan and prioritize tasks and manage time
• Initiate upgrade projects and sell service contracts to existing customers
• Monitor and promote customer product usage
• Attend meetings and trade shows to promote products and services

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with digitalization of video/data flows, PACS, vendor-neutral archives and HIS systems in hospitals is a plus
• Self-planning, organization and implementation of service activities
• Fluent Finnish and English
• Willingness to travel

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT networks and server environments
• Teamwork and ability to work independently
