About the role

We are launching cutting‑edge initiatives and need an AI/ML Engineer to lead 0‑to‑1 projects in artificial intelligence. The position is fully remote and reports directly to the department founder, working with a world‑class team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0‑to‑1 initiatives in cutting‑edge AI domains.
• Translate high‑level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, moving from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin‑off.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High‑agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and willingness to take end‑to‑end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
