AI Principal

About the role

As an AI Principal at Siili, you will shape the company’s AI offering, work closely with customers, account teams and AI experts to define AI ambitions and translate them into actionable roadmaps and solution concepts. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable business value while guiding the broader AI community within the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and shape new AI opportunities together with customers, account teams and internal AI experts.
• Help customers define their AI ambition and translate business needs into concrete roadmaps and solution concepts.
• Turn customer requirements into compelling AI solutions and new business opportunities.
• Feed insights from engagements back into the continuous development of Siili’s AI offering.
• Participate in the AI community, share expertise, and increase Siili’s external visibility through content, events and speaking.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions into production.
• Solid understanding of modern AI architectures, cloud‑native platforms and MLOps practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering LLM‑based and agentic systems.
• Experience in consultative or technical sales, opportunity shaping and proposal development.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English.
