Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement

About the role

As Vice President of Sourcing and Procurement, you will lead Evac’s global sourcing strategy, overseeing both direct and indirect spend, supplier relationships and external manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring material availability, cost efficiency and supply continuity across the group’s worldwide activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sourcing and procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead category management for direct and indirect spend, driving cost optimisation and inflation management.
• Manage and develop sourcing and procurement teams, fostering transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Own commercial supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee performance management.
• Implement RFx processes, competitive bidding and strategic negotiations to achieve savings targets.
• Define supply‑chain KPIs, monitor risks, and ensure delivery of value and on‑time shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, product lines and external manufacturing partners.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in global sourcing and procurement.
• Proven track record of managing direct and indirect spend and delivering cost savings.
• Strong ability to develop and implement category strategies.
• Experience leading and transforming procurement teams.
• Expertise in supplier relationship management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent negotiation skills and capability to forecast material costs for long‑term projects.
