Therapeutic Area Specialist – Respiratory

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Specialist – Respiratory will drive commercial success of Sanofi’s respiratory portfolio across the central and western regions of Finland. Working field‑based, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and customers to ensure patients receive optimal care.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and grow the respiratory treatments you represent, keeping patients and customers at the centre of decisions.
• Execute the customer journey and experience strategy, monitoring progress and adapting as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including customer support, centres of excellence and headquarters—to deliver seamless experiences.
• Partner with HCPs to identify and remove prescription barriers at account and regional levels.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with KOLs and key customers in the respiratory field.
• Stay informed on market‑access developments and support related activities with the local market‑access team.
• Provide field insights to the brand team and leverage global resources for meaningful engagement.
• Uphold compliance, ethics and business integrity in line with Sanofi policies.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities that add value within your area of influence.

Required profile

• Background in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within respiratory or a related therapeutic area.
• Existing network of respiratory customers is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a patient‑centric mindset.
• Collaborative team player who engages proactively with internal stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in the field and prioritize effectively.
• Growth mindset with a drive to continuously learn and improve.
