Telecaller (Finnish) – Remote, Immediate Start

About the role

We are a leading call centre serving global pharmaceutical companies and need Finnish‑speaking Telecallers to work from home on a short‑term project. You will contact doctors on behalf of a prestigious client and obtain their consent to receive email communications. This is not a sales position but requires professional phone etiquette and persuasiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Call doctors and clearly explain the purpose of the consent request.
• Record consent responses accurately in the provided system.
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish (both spoken and written).
• Excellent phone communication skills and ability to persuade.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from a home office.
• Basic home‑office setup: computer, stable internet connection, noise‑cancelling headset.
• Immediate availability to start.
