Tele Sales Representative – B2B SaaS (German Market)

About the role

As a Tele Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers in the German market, qualifying inbound leads and generating new pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure leads are sales‑ready and handed over efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects through discovery conversations.
• Schedule high‑quality sales meetings and hand them over to the appropriate Account Executive.
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to create additional pipeline opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality.
• Consistently achieve pipeline generation, meeting and qualification targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Tele Sales Representative or Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and qualification targets.
• Business‑fluent German and good English communication skills.
• High energy, self‑motivated, coachable and resilient to rejection.
