Technical Customer & Partner Success Manager

About the role

Vektor.io is building an international Customer Success model for its SaaS platform that unifies BIM, GIS, point clouds and other construction data. The Technical Customer & Partner Success Manager will work closely with customers, reseller partners, sales, product and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new customers and reseller partners on the Vektor.io platform.
• Support demos, pilots and proof‑of‑concepts together with sales.
• Track adoption, satisfaction and health metrics, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Develop technical and commercial capabilities of partners for independent market operation.
• Create and maintain support portal content, user guides, training videos and release notes.

Required profile

• Strong background in infrastructure or construction digital workflows, BIM/GIS environments, point clouds, drone or reality capture data.
• Experience in a technical B2B SaaS customer‑facing role such as customer success, solution consulting or technical sales support.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to train customers and partners clearly.
• Willingness to work internationally and travel occasionally.
