Tax Manager

About the role

ICEYE is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Group Tax team in Espoo. Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, you will support indirect tax compliance and help expand expertise in corporate income tax and transfer pricing as the company grows internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on indirect tax treatment of transactions, contracts and new business models.
• Monitor indirect tax legislation changes across jurisdictions and assess impact.
• Support cross‑border transaction documentation for tax and transfer pricing.
• Assist with indirect tax audits, manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale VAT compliance and improve controls.
• Support the Global Head of Tax on corporate income tax matters and contribute to transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide tax input for new market entries, corporate structuring and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in tax, law, accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of tax experience in consulting, law firm, tax authority or in‑house function.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in indirect taxation, preferably with cross‑border exposure.
• Interest in expanding into corporate income tax and transfer pricing.
• Excellent English communication, analytical rigor and commercial curiosity.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Indirect tax compliance and VAT knowledge.
• Experience with tax audits and interaction with tax authorities.
• Ability to document and analyse cross‑border transaction flows.
• Familiarity with automation tools for tax processes.
