Supply Chain Strategy Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Professional to join Deloitte’s Supply Chain and Network Operations team in Helsinki. The role involves advising clients on transformational supply‑chain projects, from early‑stage design through to execution, and supporting proposal development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine supply‑chain strategies aligned with market segmentation and client offerings.
• Design operating models, organizational structures, and production footprint strategies.
• Lead network optimisation, post‑merger integration, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Drive digitalisation and AI‑enabled supply‑chain solutions.
• Assess supply‑chain capabilities and benchmark performance.
• Collaborate with global and local multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑impact client outcomes.

Required profile

• Consultant to Senior Consultant level experience in supply‑chain strategy or related consulting.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Deloitte Helsinki office and client locations in Finland.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
