Supply Chain Buyer – Flight Control, Power & Structure

About the role

As a Supply Chain Buyer you will ensure the timely availability of flight‑critical components such as ADCS, propulsion, power and composite satellite structures. You will work closely with suppliers, engineering, production and finance to translate technical requirements into reliable supply and support the scaling of satellite manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs and RFIs for flight‑control, power and structure components, and evaluate supplier responses.
• Create, place and monitor purchase orders from confirmation through delivery, handling amendments and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain procurement documentation, contracts and supplier records for audit and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, production and finance to align delivery schedules and documentation.
• Support senior supply‑chain specialists and category owners in sourcing activities and supplier communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of procurement or buying experience, preferably in aerospace, electronics or hardware manufacturing.
• Proven experience preparing RFQs/RFIs and managing purchase orders end‑to‑end.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling multiple orders and suppliers.
• Effective cross‑functional communication with engineering and production teams.
• Willingness to undergo applicable security screening.
