Supply Chain Analyst – Data & AI Focus

About the role

This early‑career position is based in Finland and offers the chance to apply data science and AI techniques to real‑world supply chain challenges. You will work across multiple functions to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex supply‑chain datasets to identify trends, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI/ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed analytics into supply‑chain platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and build dashboards for real‑time visibility of performance.
• Support initiatives in inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, procurement, and supplier performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, academic projects, or hands‑on exposure to supply‑chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
