S&OP Manager – Nordic Liquid Packaging Board

About the role

We are seeking a proactive S&OP Manager to join our Foodservice and Liquid Board Business Area. You will connect customer demand, production capabilities, and business value across our Nordic liquid packaging board network, working in a global environment and influencing critical planning decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply and financial targets.
• Consolidate and communicate the production planning outlook for all board machines.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
• Use SQL (and optionally Python) for data extraction, automation and improving planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with Business, Sales, Mills and Planning teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and data quality.
• Support scenario planning, risk management and customer demand review discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in S&OP, demand or supply planning, preferably in paper/packaging.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Hands‑on experience writing SQL queries and building Power BI reports (DAX).
• Fluency in English; Swedish or Finnish preferred depending on location.
• Strong analytical mindset, decision‑making ability and excellent communication skills.
