Site Manager – High Voltage Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead construction activities for high‑voltage electrical projects at H&MV Engineering in Finland. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all on‑site activities, including subcontractor management, procurement, quality control and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Monitor progress, report to the Project Manager and flag risks or issues promptly.
• Lead, motivate and evaluate the site team, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce quality standards and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in a high‑voltage setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, transmission and distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of health‑and‑safety regulations and best practices.
