Service Technician

About the role

Nilfisk is looking for a Service Technician to join its Vantaa service team. You will work both at the Vantaa repair centre and on‑site at customer locations across the Uusimaa region, providing maintenance, repairs and user guidance for pressure washers and cleaning machines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pressure washers and cleaning equipment.
• Diagnose faults, replace parts and ensure machines are returned to full operational condition.
• Travel to customer premises to carry out repairs and provide hands‑on usage instruction.
• Collaborate with the Vantaa service team to share knowledge and improve service processes.
• Document service activities and update technical records in English.

Required profile

• Proven experience with maintenance of pressure washers or similar cleaning machines.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Team player eager to develop professionally in the field service sector.
• Basic proficiency in Finnish and ability to understand English technical material.
• Computer literacy and a valid B‑category driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the Uusimaa area.
