Service Technician – HVAC (Finland)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician specialized in HVAC systems to work on‑site at customer locations across Finland. The role involves commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a range of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Commission and service HVAC equipment and systems according to company standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites, including chillers and data‑center installations.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, equipment replacements and service upgrades.
• Complete accurate service documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
• Participate in standby and on‑call duty rosters to provide technical support outside regular hours.
• Comply with all safety regulations, legal and certification requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Use company‑provided vehicles, tools and software responsibly.

Required profile

• Technical education in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience servicing HVAC equipment, preferably chillers; data‑center experience is a plus.
• Required certifications such as F‑Gas handling and an Electrician qualification (S3) meeting local regulations.
• Willingness to participate in standby/on‑call support and to travel across multiple locations.
• High flexibility, adaptability and professionalism to support quality and compliance audits.
