Service Delivery Director – Data Centres

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Director to lead global data‑centre service delivery for a strategic customer. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the executive point of contact, ensuring operational excellence, safety and customer satisfaction across a distributed technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global service delivery strategy aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end data‑centre services including installations, break‑fix, hardware refresh, migrations and de‑commissioning.
• Oversee incident, problem, change and capacity management processes to meet agreed service levels.
• Drive operational efficiency through standardisation, automation and best‑practice adoption.
• Serve as executive sponsor for service performance, conducting business reviews and governance meetings.
• Manage major incident response and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data‑centre infrastructure and server operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of building trusted customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed technical teams.
