SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote (Finland)

About the role

This remote position is for an SEO/SEM professional who will improve organic visibility and maximize paid search performance for a partner company based in Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SEO activities including keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, link building, and analytics.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across major search platforms to maximize ROI.
• Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify actionable insights.
• Maintain campaign budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, editorial, and marketing teams to embed search best practices.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO and SEM, including managing PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture or WebTrends.
• Experience using bid‑management and PPC optimization tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into optimization strategies.
