Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Swarmia is looking for senior engineers who can work across the full stack, from database schema design to UI components, and ship features that directly impact engineering teams. You will own projects end‑to‑end in a culture that values sustainable pace and continuous delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and scope new features.
• Design and implement database schema changes and GraphQL API updates.
• Build UI components using React and the internal design system.
• Review code, unblock teammates, and optimize slow PostgreSQL queries.
• Write complex SQL with nested or recursive CTEs and integrate data from GitHub, GitLab, Jira, and Linear APIs.

Required profile

• Generalist mindset with the ability to own projects from concept to production.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
