Senior Software Engineer (DevOps & Platform Engineering)

About the role

DNA is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to shape the next generation of software development. You will build and operate shared platform, automation and AI‑assisted development capabilities that enable autonomous teams to deliver at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate a shared platform that includes CI/CD, observability, cloud infrastructure and self‑service tooling.
• Collaborate with product teams to validate new capabilities in real delivery work and turn proven solutions into reusable tools, practices and guardrails.
• Guide other teams in adopting platform capabilities through hands‑on collaboration, technical guidance and clear documentation.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
• Work with business, design and engineering stakeholders to continuously improve how software is developed and delivered.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools, automated workflows and emerging agent frameworks.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, human oversight, security and evaluation.
• Strong software engineering background with experience designing, building and operating production‑grade solutions.
• Proven experience building modern cloud‑native systems, including APIs, containers, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability and reliability practices.
• Ability to balance team autonomy with shared standards, reusable capabilities and governance.
