Senior Project Manager

About the role

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects for retailers and consumer brands across Finland, Poland, and Scandinavia. Reporting to the Project Management Lead, Scandinavia, you will own the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to go‑live, while building strong relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project plan, scope, budget and profitability, reporting to both internal and customer stakeholders.
• Establish and execute a clear communication strategy, including regular steering‑group meetings.
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings, ensuring actions are documented and completed.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.
• Hold internal and external teams accountable, resolve issues and manage conflicts.
• Travel 10–20% to customer sites and RELEX offices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading complex software implementation projects within large IT environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior customer leaders.
• Proven risk analysis and management capabilities with a proactive escalation mindset.
• Excellent time‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Business‑level English; fluency in a Scandinavian language, Finnish or Polish is a plus.
