Senior Product Owner, Engineering Workflows

About the role

As a Senior Product Owner you will lead the Engineering Workflows domain within KONE IT, shaping digital experiences that improve engineering efficiency and transparency. You will work closely with stakeholders across Customer Solutions Engineering, Supply Chain and a global user network to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs and plan execution to maximize value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Customer Solutions Engineering, Supply Chain and global user network to gather and manage business demand.
• Own solution design for Engineering Workflow products, ensuring alignment with integrated solutions and detailed specifications.
• Set and monitor product performance KPIs, reporting results to key stakeholders.
• Facilitate agile ways of working, manage backlogs transparently and apply incremental development principles.
• Ensure product operations meet the value proposition, addressing technical debt and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Manage financial aspects of the product lifecycle, considering total cost of ownership, development, license and run costs.
• Promote continuous improvement within the agile team and contribute to broader development initiatives.

Required profile

• Business‑oriented mindset with strong analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving abilities.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT development, including processes, tools, data models and integrations.
• Proven experience in IT governance, financial management and agile/DevOps environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in virtual, multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to convey complex topics clearly.
• Service‑oriented, proactive team player with a respectful and friendly approach.
