Senior Product Manager – Live Ops & Monetization

About the role

Supercell is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Live Operations and Monetization for Hay Day, one of the world’s most popular mobile games. You will own multiple live‑ops elements, shape engagement and revenue strategies, and ensure a seamless player experience for millions of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of selected live‑ops and monetization features, defining road‑maps that align with the overall game strategy.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimise player experience and business impact.
• Set and track goals for major initiatives, feeding into the game’s high‑level performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional pod members, gather feedback and ensure alignment across design, analytics and engineering.
• Apply best‑in‑class free‑to‑play live‑ops practices, feature design and monetisation mechanics.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience in free‑to‑play mobile games.
• Deep understanding of engagement drivers and monetisation design for live‑service titles.
• Strong ownership mindset, hands‑on approach and impact‑driven focus on game performance.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities with a metrics‑driven decision‑making style.
• Proactive experimentation mindset, comfortable taking calculated risks and sharing learnings.
• Self‑starter attitude toward using AI in day‑to‑day work.
