Senior Product Manager – Hardware

About the role

Oura is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery, development and delivery of innovative hardware products that enhance the health and wellbeing of millions of users worldwide. You will own the end‑to‑end product experience, working closely with cross‑functional teams of designers, engineers, scientists and marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a hardware product portfolio, defining vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Craft compelling product stories based on deep customer insights.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and quantitative/qualitative user studies.
• Write and maintain detailed product requirements (PRDs) and drive timely decision‑making.
• Guide the product development lifecycle from concept through launch and end‑of‑life.
• Prioritise features and improvements balancing cost, timeline and user experience.
• Communicate priorities, progress and challenges to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, software product management and marketing teams to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Support go‑to‑market readiness, including positioning, pricing and overall product launch preparation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering hardware products with strong business impact.
• Proven ability to take new or existing products from concept to commercial launch with minimal supervision.
• Passion for using technology to help people live healthier lives.
• Strong analytical skills – quickly identify root causes and devise creative solutions under pressure.
• Excellent written and presentation skills that drive clear decision‑making in large groups.
