Senior Marketing Manager – Finland (CRM & Content)

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will own the CRM, content and customer‑engagement strategy, turning first‑time buyers into loyal subscribers. The role is hands‑on, combining execution with strategic ownership, and is key to growing the company’s presence in the Finnish market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRM and lifecycle journey, from converting single‑ticket buyers into subscribers through to retention.
• Build and manage CRM automations and campaigns.
• Use CRM as a commercial growth lever, focusing on subscriber growth, conversion and revenue.
• Manage the content pipeline, coordinating production and adaptation agencies.
• Brief and quality‑check external agencies and content partners.
• Manage creators and influencers, including briefing, contracting and performance follow‑up.
• Own social media and community activity for the Finnish market.
• Create and QA Finnish customer‑facing content.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams across CRM, content and social.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, ideally with hands‑on CRM/lifecycle ownership.
• Proven experience building and managing CRM campaigns and automations.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving subscriber growth, conversion or revenue.
• Experience managing external agencies and multi‑agency content workflows.
• Experience with creators and/or influencers.
• Strong Finnish copywriting and customer communication skills.
• Experience with social media and community management.
• Structured, proactive and comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams.
• Hands‑on executor who enjoys building campaigns, not just developing strategy.
