Senior Manager, People & Communications, Supply Chain and Purchasing Europe

About the role

KONE is looking for an experienced Business Partner, People & Communications, Supply Chain and Purchasing to own and drive the People & Communications agenda for Supply Chain and Purchasing in the Europe area. The role supports KONE's business objectives by aligning the agenda with current and future needs, working closely with the local and Europe-wide Supply Chain and Purchasing teams and leadership. It is preferably based in Hyvinkää/Espoo, Finland, though other main KONE Supply Chain locations in Europe may be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the People & Communications agenda for European Supply Chain and Purchasing teams, leading the factory network for Hyvinkää, Pero, Usti and Slimpa factories and sharing best practices across areas.
• Collaborate with relevant People & Communications teams, CoEs and the overall Supply Chain and Purchasing People & Communications teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Act as strategic partner to the Europe Supply Chain and Purchasing leadership teams, advising, coaching and developing managers, supervisors and their teams.
• Drive annual people processes such as learning and development initiatives, incentives, roles, pulse actions and people processes like LTR and potential rotation, aligned with other Europe sites and supported by local business partners and Europe CoEs.
• Contribute to and influence the Supply Chain and Purchasing People & Communications network.

Required profile

• Diverse HR/P&C background from senior HR roles and 10 years of progressive HR/P&C experience.
• Proven track record in multi-cultural business environments.
• Background working across functional and business lines in a global matrix organisation.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Fluency in English.
