Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation

We are looking for a high‑impact Senior Manager to lead strategic transformation and build future organisational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate P&C transformation priorities into decision‑ready project plans with clear scope, outcomes, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, KPIs and business value.
• Drive selected E&T and P&C transformation programs from planning through execution, adoption, benefit tracking and impact review.
• Support KONE‑TKE integration‑related P&C planning by building integrated plans, surfacing inter‑dependencies and tracking risks.
• Facilitate senior leadership meetings, workshops and working sessions to ensure clear choices, decisions, owners and next actions.
• Prepare executive‑level materials, agendas and proposals to enable faster, evidence‑based decisions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in strategic problem solving, transformation management or management consulting in an international, fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to turn ambiguous strategic topics into clear, decision‑ready plans with accountable owners.
• Excellent facilitation and senior stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong analytical mindset using data, business cases, KPIs and workforce insights.
• Comfort operating in high‑ambiguity, high‑visibility situations with strong judgment.
