Senior Full-Stack Developer – Next.js Specialist

About the role

You will lead the adoption of Next.js within our Digital Services unit, mentoring teammates and promoting best practices while delivering modern web solutions for millions of Nordic customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement web services and APIs using Azure, C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and React/Next.js.
• Mentor team members on Next.js, conduct code reviews, and champion quality‑first development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Ensure test automation, continuous integration, and CI/CD pipelines are part of the development workflow.

Required profile

• Several years of software development experience at a mid‑senior or senior level.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Passion for agile teamwork, quality design, and continuous learning.

• C# / .NET (including ASP.NET MVC and Web API)
• REST API development
• Front‑end development with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
• HTML, CSS (Tailwind)

• Git, pull‑request workflow, code reviews
