Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Cloud & AI Sales

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted senior relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architects, Partner Organization, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Identify transformational opportunities, de‑risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays.
• Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
• Represent AWS at industry events and evangelize innovation across Finland.
• Accelerate customer adoption and develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technology‑related sales or business development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and/or English.
• Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and understand enterprise decision‑making processes.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving with technology in enterprise industries.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI/ML.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with pipeline management or other CRM tools.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud‑based solutions.
