Senior Analytics Engineer – Consumer or Merchant

About the role

The role focuses on business needs, working within a cross‑functional team to deliver insights for operations. You will translate stakeholder requests into actionable data and partner closely with data scientists to enable experiments, A/B tests and analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reporting and metric quality from business needs to easily understandable data.
• Maintain and enhance centrally managed data integrations, pipelines, data models and dashboards using Snowflake, SQL, Looker, Wolt In‑house ETL, Airflow, Dagster and Github.
• Design and implement complex data pipelines with dependency control, orchestration and auto‑materialisation logic.
• Create a self‑service data modelling strategy and collaborate with analytics stakeholders for implementation.
• Increase data literacy across the domain through hands‑on training and documentation.
• Lead, mentor and guide junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or BI Developer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with data integrations, pipelines, models, metric development and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write optimized queries for large data sets.
• Strong business acumen and product‑oriented thinking with experience designing analytics and reporting data models.
