Senior AMS Verification Engineer (Espoo)

About the role

Bosch Sensortec is seeking a Senior AMS Verification Engineer to join its Finland development centres in Espoo. You will work on mixed‑signal ICs for consumer and industrial applications, ensuring high‑quality designs from concept through silicon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and verify analog IP and mixed‑signal verification flows within interdisciplinary teams.
• Execute comprehensive simulations at transistor, model and top‑level abstractions to guarantee ‘First Time Right’ silicon.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, software, layout, verification and test groups to meet system performance targets.
• Support global communication and coordination across distributed expert teams.

Required profile

• Proven industrial experience as a senior analog or AMS engineer with a strong track record in IC design.
• Deep understanding of analog circuit design, block‑level and top‑level concepts, and transistor‑level behavior.
• Ability to build and ramp up top‑level AMS/DMS verification environments and schematics.
• Fluent English communication skills and a degree (M.Sc., B.Sc. or Ph.D.) in electrical engineering or equivalent.
