Senior Account Executive – Finnish SMB Market

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Tandem’s growth across the Finnish SMB market. This highly commercial role is for a hungry, ambitious, and goal‑oriented salesperson who owns a personal sales quota and manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver against a personal sales quota for the Finnish SMB market.
• Independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, close, and handover.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals and other channels.
• Identify and target high‑potential SMB accounts across the Finnish healthcare market.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs and buying motivations.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailor Tandem’s value proposition.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a clear path to close.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Medical Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth handover and improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and new business development, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and building sales pipelines from scratch.
• Full‑cycle sales experience, from first contact through to close.
• Highly driven, competitive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Native‑level Finnish and fluent English.
• Passion for technology and AI, with curiosity and enthusiasm.
