SAP S/4HANA Service Lead / Senior Consultant

About the role

Join a leading consultancy that works with global market leaders in mechanical engineering, automotive, life sciences and chemicals. As a SAP S/4HANA Service Lead / Senior Consultant you will help large industrial companies transform their service processes using the latest SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide solution‑oriented process consulting for large industrial and manufacturing clients.
• Design, develop and implement enterprise solutions in SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Take module responsibility for customer service in national and international SAP projects.
• Lead change‑management activities and coach project teams.
• Support presales activities and expand customer relationships.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions and mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with the global CBS organization and contribute to the SAP competence centre.

Required profile

• First‑class degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a comparable field.
• Minimum four years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in SAP CS and/or SAP CRM.
• Cross‑module integration knowledge is a plus.
• Experience as a project manager or sub‑project manager in large SAP projects is advantageous.
• Independent, proactive, analytical and strong communication skills.
