Sales Director – Resources/Energy (Finland)

About the role

Accenture Finland is seeking a Sales Director for the Resources/Energy industry to lead growth across the Nordics. You will be responsible for expanding the sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities and driving deals to successful closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads by positioning Accenture’s industry‑specific value propositions.
• Shape differentiated offers using capabilities such as technology operations, DevOps, cloud migration, digital transformation and data‑led services.
• Develop and nurture relationships with buyers through meetings, presentations and networking events.
• Design penetration and cross‑selling strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Qualify opportunities, set pursuit teams and guide them through all sales phases.
• Maintain market intelligence on trends, competition and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Several years of business development experience with multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.
• Strong network in the Finnish Energy sector.
• Proven ability to lead multimillion‑dollar, multi‑tower deals.
• Relevant master’s degree and advanced sales/ deal‑orchestration skills.
• Excellent English communication, executive presence and negotiation abilities.
